Mcdonald's - Murphyville

Night shift is horrible. They ignore all people standing in lobby waiting on orders. I had a personal mobile order. They assumed I was one the ten delivery people waiting to deliver hot food to paying customers. It is evident that the lobby and mobile orders waiting in the lobby are NOT a priority, but drive thru customers apparently are. Had they addressed everyone waiting, they would’ve known my order was waiting for them to hand it to me for over 20 mins. To top it off, my food was wrong. I will not be returning.

I went there last night, and it was a pleasure to experience the drive-through. Usually, other locations are not as busy, and the ice-cream machines are down. This location is the busiest and yet has the best customer service and ice-cream machine is working. I dont usually like going to fast food places, because many places are rude and the quality of the food is terrible. But to my surprise, this location was great.

They always do an excellent job at this location in particular! AweTeam. And, that is coming from someone with 20 years of experience as a G.M. in QSR Restaurants.

I have regularly visited McDonald's in different places, and in this particular one there are homeless people sleeping inside the establishment, it does not cause any problem as long as they are not disturbed, however it does cause a feeling of discouragement to eat there.
