Jason's Deli - Murphyville

It is a nice café style atmosphere, unknown what food is like, but service is obnoxious (especially for delivery drivers). I have had an employee “check” on an order twice now and just tell me “what I wanted to hear”. Waited 15 mins today (went to the bathroom, order wasn’t ready, asked employee, “they are still working on it”, go out to change my daughter in the car, come back in and the order was stolen at some point before I even showed up. We are paid by time. They just wasted a quarter of an hour for zero pay for me. I hate people who can’t just give a straight answer in the first 5 mins of waiting.

I used UberEats to order from here two times in the past 3 weeks. Each time our delivery guy calls us to tell us they do not have potatoes. Why have you not updated your menu to reflect you do not have this key item? The fact that this has happened on two separate occasions lets me know that this is an ongoing issue for this restaurant. I have wasted time ordering from here for this to happen and by the time I get the issue resolved with support, other restaurants I could have ordered from are closed. I will no longer waste my time ordering from here. Either update your menu or restock the item so customers aren’t being duped.

The worst of the worst!!!!! They never have enough personnel to serve customers promptly! And don’t you dare going through the drive-through!!!! You’ll be on your car for 20 minutes waiting for your order. Does not deserve a single star!!!! Where is the owner of the franchise????? Do they even have any customer service standards motto?

Man, this place is gross. It only got 2 stars because the staff was mostly nice and helpful. We went around 5:45 in the evening on a Monday and there was nobody there. You would have thought that they had just been slammed by a little league baseball tournament or something at how filthy the restaurant was.The high chair still had food in it and plastered to the side. When I asked if it could be wiped down I was handed a rag.The booths were dirty and there was garbage on the floors and on some empty tables.Near the end of the line between where you pick up your plates and the drink station there's a giant puddle under some tables where they just put a caution sign and everyone just walked around it.Even the plates we were given for the salad bar were dirty and had food bits on them.Food was ok at best but can admit when you're sitting in filth like that, nothing is going to taste good. I had a half panini and salad bar and my wife just had the salad bar. The bread was obviously stale before it was pressed and it lacked any kind of real flavor. The salad bar was pretty pathetic and nothing was really labeled.We went here because neither of us had been in some years. Now we remembered why. Kid-friendliness: Dirty nasty hugh chairs, but good kids meal options, pizza, chicken, or grilled cheese.

I had a chipotle chicken paninni, no spice or chipotle flavor, the portion of chicken was small (4oz) the avacado has a bag taste..
