I normally have patronized this establishment when ordering cocktail beef Pattie's for special occasions or treats. Well, I'm done. I ordered 3 dozen cocktail Pattie's from them, 2 of which I took to a work function for 6 people (small potluck). The Pattie's looked strange when I opened the box, dark in color and soft, but I attempted to nuke them in the microwave still, thinking maybe this batch was just a little different. The Pattie's we're gooey and the center was hard where the meat is...it smelled like uncooked dough and they stretched and stuck together like that as well. I was disgusted and embarrassed because the dish I was providing for this very small gathering was noticeably missing. called the restaurant to tell them and was met with requests for me to BRING the Pattie's back so they can see, then told they don't give refunds and only do replacements and if I want to speak to the owner about it I can. the lady (when, Ana a manager) then proceeded to raise her voice as I sat and questioned her level her service given the incredible inconvenience caused to me with this order. She asked what I thought should be done and I told her they should be refunding my and giving me a free dozen Pattie's when I order next time for all this headache. I told her that under other circumstances I would have been placing an order next week for Christmas and she wanted me to bring the Pattie's back next week so they have it to show the warehouse and so she could replace my order REALLY? So you want me to keep 3 dozen uncooked Pattie's in my fridge, taking up space for edible food, to appease your ridiculous policy? I told her this wasn't some instance of I tried them and don't like them and want my money back YOU GAVE ME INEDIBLE FOOD!!! After raising her voice in all her frustration she said she would replace the order next week, don't bring the Pattie's. So for all this inconvenience on top of having to argue with you over the phone after the calling the store 3x, you think replacing my bad order is the best that can be done? Try, I'm not patronizing your restaurant again and I will de disputing the charge on my credit card. You don't treat your regular customers like that, or any of them for that matter. I told her I'd send a video or picture to her or who ever and not even that was enough for her.

Went to the store this morning to order twenty Patties. The attendant said that I could not get what I order because she was alone. I could get the order but I had to wait 30 minutes. When I finally got the order, it wasn't what I needed. Management need to look at how they treat the customer at their main outlet.

Best beef patty outside of Jamaica!!! They have a wide variety of patties, but I always go for the spicy beef n coco bread. Don 't forget the coconut water... it good fi yu daughter.
