Chickens get dry and salty every time I visit, the thighs are as tiny as it came from underdeveloped chickens. customer service is always great, very pleasant worker. food: 2/5

Food was good , prices like everything else is a bit expensive employees could be a bit more friendly.. But also that area of Mount Vernon is not the best so I guess you can't be too friendly.. But most importantly Food was fresh!Food: 5/5

As much as I wish I could give this no stars.. i basically came there to get food and the cashier RECOMMENDED I GET LARGE FRIES AND IMPLIED BECAUSE IM FAT and the small fries won’t do nothing for me and had the nerve to laugh about it.. not only is that disrespectful, it’s offense… this place needs to be closed down.. People like that will ruin business. Popeyes will not be getting my money anymore,.

How can this place still be in business ? Are they forgetting to instill the importance of good customer service ? We have attempted to give this location chance after chance after utterly receiving poor customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME. How hard is it to greet someone ? How difficult is it to acknowledge multiple people at once ?The women working here are just lousy with attitude and zero regard for the people who WANT to patronize this establishment . DO BETTER TALENT ACQUISITION !

I seriously urge you all to CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for myself and a regular chicken sandwich for my daughter and there was like brown mold on the bottom of her bun! I'll attach a picture but it's crazy because it's a lot and EXTREMELY noticeable! Like how did they miss that??? Absolutely disgusting. My chicken sandwich was too flavorful... Too salty in other words. Thought it was the sauce but it was the chicken itself. I'm sure it all comes packaged already seasoned and all that but damn! Way too salty. I don't eat Popeyes often so I wont ever eat Popeyes -from this location or any other location for that matter- again.
