I don't understand it. Every time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts and there are only two customers in the entire place, it still takes me 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee.
This used to be my favorite Dunkin' Donuts location, but now I will not be returning. I placed my order online, but when I arrived at the store to pick up my food, it had not been started. The two female employees were just sitting there, and when I asked for my order, one of them said, "Oh, no one made the food." After waiting 15 minutes for my order to be made, I found that items were missing. When I brought this to their attention, one of the employees became defensive. I waited almost 30 minutes for raw bacon and ice cold bagels. I have been having issues with my food at this location for the past few months, but I kept giving them a chance. However, I will not be spending my money here again until they improve their staff and service.
I was not happy yesterday morning when I saw the guy who delivers the bagels got out of his van. The bagels were uncovered as he stepped out the van with his dirty shoes and entered the store with the uncovered bagels. We?re going through a pandemic pleasebe mindful.
Today I experienced something really nice. Cameron an employee being all kind and helpful instructing one of the new employees how to manage around the store. He was so nice, sweet and dedicate that captured my attention. It?s so nice seeing how goodpeople are around. Congrats Cameron for being so nice ????????????
