This chicken is not only juicy and crispy, the pieces are large not tiny or fat like the other chains.

This was my first time at Bush's and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent service, good quality / price ratio and good food. Tartar is very good. very well located in the heart of pedestrian village!

Possibly the best food in tremblant, also the most overpriced and poorly served restaurant in tremblant...table of three, only two other tables are seated, waitress forgot 2/3 drinks, then brought 2/3 wrong drinks, then one entire wrong meal all the while dropping - and breaking a glass, followed by two complete orders of French fries, not both at once, but one followed by the other a minute later. She picked up neither off the floor leaving that task up to... The cook who then proceeded back into his (visible) kitchen all the while not washing his hands.Too bad, the steak frites was great and the pasta exquisit.
