Seb L'artisan Culinaire

Seb offers a great gastronomic experience as it is one of the higher end restaurants in Tremblant. I am a very sensitive celiac and I've been there at least a dozen times and never had any evidence of cross contamination. The menu does not specifically indicate which options are gluten free, but the staff is very helpful and most dishes can be adapted. It is somewhat expensive, but they also offer a great take out menu. If the octopus is on the menu, you should definitely try it!

My husband and I were in Tremblant for a few days. We always get some special restaurants for diving. Seb L'Artisan Culinaire has NOT disappointed. The ambience is intimate and picturesque. The wine list is excellent and the food was fantastic. Lydia, was very accommodating and we enjoyed learning about the chef Sebastian. So happy we had the chance to eat here and we look forward to the next time we're here.

What a sweet place!! The ambience is super romantic and cool, but beautiful enough for a special date night. We got the four course tasting menu with the wine pairing we thought was a fair price $110 CAD per person) and we also got oysters. Every single course was delicious. Definitely pick up the bison - it was so soft and melted in my mouth. The octopus salad was also incredible- such a great combination of flavors. And all wines paired very nicely with the courses. Our waiter was great too- he was very attentive and very nice.

Absolute feast to celebrate a milestone birthday of a dear friend. Super service (Merci Didier), absolutely perfect wine and food pairing, each step of the 7 course meal was a pleasure.
