I expect more of a restaurant when we spend close to people without alcohol. we have put our contact to our server to express and offered nothing at all. she said it was because we didn't sit in her section. it was very disappointing when we saw that other tables around us get the attention and service. So go for eating and be tired of service.
Excellent service and ambiente. went for a culinary experience and enjoyed the cache wein, recommended with rose petals as by our waitress. the bison dish with tastefully mashed sweet potato as well as my pfanne meerrote trout was fabulous! the butternut cheese soup was...delightful as well as the pear-Arugula salad. would definitely come back for this great culinary experience!
Bad experience: was called, more available table for our family. rushed. very soon after. table on the other side. consulting in restaurant: do not play with their customers. we observe, it's not the first time they've been acting like that.
Please go to this jewel in the old town, just minutes from the hill. we're here a lot. summer, winter and autumn and everything we had was amazing. modern kitchen with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. calm ambiente with a wood burner. fireplace and good distance between tables. patio in the warm months. the service was excellent..we have had luck, the same beautiful women as server. they are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about food. the first thing we do when we book a trip to trembling is a place in le petite cache!
Went twice in November and December and both times were excellent. Tables are well spaced and we love sitting by the windows looking at the lights on the mountain and watching the fire place. Most recently, had the foie gras torchon which was creamy and...flavourful. The saddle of rabbit main course was tender, juicy and the mustard sauce had a subtle kick. Hubby enjoyed the craft beer selection too and their house kir was unique and very tasty. Service always friendly and efficient. Quebec just locked down again so we’ll support these guys with take out until we can go back in person again!
