The best thing about this place is the view. Its way better than the food the service and the wait time.

Im 82 years old and and I've never experienced anything like this. there's a female manager there who is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She was very foul-mouth loud and disrespectful. Also the Gumbo was very dark browned taste like rice and gravy. Im certain I won't be back here

I ordered the oyster weemo and it was not what I expected it had alot of water in it and it was kind of soggy, I asked my waitress if I could send it back and she politely took it back wit no problems. Me and my mom continued to eat, about 10 minutes later a manager lady came to my table and asked what was wrong with the oysters and I let her know the same thing, she then said well that’s what was on the Description and that it’s a $20 dish we can’t take that loss. Was there a month ago and stopped by. Absolutely to Best gumbo I’ve ever eaten anywhere. I had it as a app but wish I had eaten it as my main. Stopped by on a whim and ate outside. Staff was very friendly. Felt like we were at home.

The last few times I went there specifically for the boiled shrimp, it was a mushy mess. I picked Waterfront Grill to go to for my birthday dinner and left disappointed. My daughter and I ordered boiled shrimp and had to pick through it to find good ones. Some should have never been put on anyone's plate because they were a blob of mush. No way to peel and eat them. If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't complain but it's a hit and miss lately and don't like wasting money.
