Rawz Cafe - Monroe

This quaint restaurant is situated in a great location and has a pleasant indoor ambiance. The food was tasty, however, the many servers were not attentive and I was left waiting for a long time with an empty glass.

Great food and prices, one of the best sushi places in town. Only drawback is its real small and loud. So slot of times there is a wait but most of the time it's not to long.

This restaurant is a bit overhyped. The food is good, but not exceptional. If you have tried authentic sushi, Thai food, or nigiri, you would know what I mean. It may be excellent for Monroe, but it would be considered mediocre in a larger city.

The service was fast and the food was delicious. However, the selection of sake was disappointing. The restaurant appeared disorganized as we had to specifically request for the additional menu in order to find items like the California roll.

RawZ has been here while but my wife and I just recently tried it after our kids and my parents told us how great it was. They spoke the truth. We have eaten there the last 2 Friday nights and can't wait to go back. The food is great along with the service. They have a large menu so if you like to try different things there are plenty to choose from. If there are any negatives it's just that it is small and some what crowded but the food more than makes up for it.
