It's Just Wings - Monroe

The food is delicious, the service is quick, and the customer service is excellent. I have ordered from two different locations, and both experiences have been fantastic every time!

If you enjoy flavorless wings, this is the place for you!! The variety of options in sauces are because they're compensating for the lack of flavor in the wings. In addition the wings were cold. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time to make sure the wings were hot and fresh. Should’ve saved my time and money.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. These were the worst wings I've ever tasted. They were overcooked, with a thick and tough skin, while the meat inside was slimy. The fries were greasy and soggy as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I won't be coming back.

The manager seemed completely unaware of who had placed what orders. I was standing there, staring at an order that was ready to be picked up, yet no one bothered to check the name on the bag. While the manager was asking the gentleman next to me about his order, he finally thought to look at the bag sitting on the shelf. The attendant was rude when I asked if this was the pick-up spot for wings, responding curtly, "It's just wings, and yes." Honestly, I was frustrated—just get me the food already!

I just had a great experience dining at the Monroe chilis. The wait staff were so pleasant and very good at thier jobs. Food was great and my steak was cooked perfectly.
