Burger King - Monroe

I've experienced two consecutive weeks of good food at 1 a.m., only to find the restaurant closed. It used to be open around the same time, with a long line of cars waiting. I'm afraid you're missing out on a lot of potential business!

I had the wrong order. Go back to another car I left the entrance to another vehicle and didn't think about it because I had the wrong order. And Jessica Perez (Manager) says she can return money without reception. So the customer is inappropriate with wrong order and must now return for the reception if they had just returned my money. So they called the cops, was told before policemen when he gets the reception, he can get money. Get the reception and come back and manager takes to the window forever. The cops move up and I'll give him the reception. Now I'm told that I can't get any money, and I'm banished what makes me no difference being banned, just giving me my money. It's about Rector.

The burger was delicious, and the jalapeño bites were great too. The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly.

I don?t understand why they have 24 hour drive through signs if they?re going to be closed by 11. There were workers just poking their heads out at the window. They could at least let people know it?s closed since they already at the window seeing cars accumulating

I stopped in to try the pretzel bacon king....it was huge! They had so much bacon, cheese, mayonnaise piled on 2 patties with that delicious pretzel bun! Delicious!! Highly recommended. The employees here are fast and so polite. I'll always like Burger King...I like that charbroil taste
