Pita Pit - Missoula

I had an excellent experience with the customer service. The staff member who prepared my pita made it exactly how I wanted, and they did it with a smile. I will definitely be returning!

Open late, like 3 AM late. My first visit to Pita Pit was after an amazing show at the Wilma. The restaurant is just a block away from the venue and seems to provide fast and delicious food. I had a gyro-meat sandwich that was quite satisfying. Alongside the main dish, they offer chips and soda at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Pita Pit!

The food is excellent most of the time, but the online ordering system is incredibly frustrating. I've been ordering from here for four years, and the website has gotten worse every few months. There have been times when I never received my order or was billed twice, which is just absurd. I haven't placed an order in over six months because of the issues with the website.

Food is relatively fresh, before you order for delivery. Of course, when it shows up to your door 2 hours later it tends to be soggy and cold. So, my suggestion is not to waste your time and money on paying them to deliver cold food an hour after anyone else would have food at your door, but if you happen to be in front of the one store it might be worth stopping in.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience today at this particular Pita Pit. I planned my sister’s baby shower and after looking at all of our options, she requested Pita Pit. I ordered two platters on Monday, for pickup today, Saturday at 11am. My husband showed up at 11a to get the platters and the doors were locked. Two employees were waiting outside for their manager or someone to open up. They are supposed to open at 10:30. My husband waited until 11:25, at which point he decided to improvise and go to Jimmy John’s. Ten minutes later, I received a call that they were open and had seen my order...that it would be about an hour before they’d be ready. No thanks! I can’t postpone a party an hour and half because they dropped the ball. The party food was very late, my husband missed most of the shower, and it was a huge bummer. I’m just glad I didn’t pay ahead! Wouldn’t recommend for catering or at least have a backup plan if you do!
