Paradise Biryani Pointe - Milpitas

Just now picked up my uber eats order from this place. Uber eats was showing the order ready for pickup. When i checked with the guy at the reception, he said that it wasn't ready. He wasn't even ready to give an estimate. I waited for over 30 minutes and eventually asked him to check again. And guess what, the order was in the kitchen. He just didn't bother to check. Instead he got aggressive because i asked him to check again for my order. When I asked his name for a review, he got scared and didn't give his name (Medium height, chubby guy). Suggestion: I regularly order food from here because I love it. Please don't let poor service ruin the experience.

Went with a friend from work. Food was wonderful, moderate price point, too. We had a dum biryani dish with an egg curry dish, Naan, and a butter chicken dish. Deeeelish!!!!

Thank you Paradise Biryani pointe keeping me hungry this late night. I have ordered Egg Dum Biryani and Paneer Biryani. They added green peas, beans, carrots and frozen vegetables. Simply I can say they gave us vegetable biryani with one boiled egg. I ever had worst biryani in North/Punjabi Indian restaurants too. Even I couldn't finish 25% of biryani. It's completely disappointing.

Very bad food !!! I ordered catering for my gathering few months ago. I ordered food for 50+ people, only 35 came, including few kids of 4/5 years old. The food was already gone when around 32 people ate. I myself was the last one to take the food and the most of the food trays were already empty except some naan, and oil and spices in curries ! Worse part is the quality of food. It was full of oil and spices ONLY, no actual food in it. Not much meat in meat curry, not much paneer in paneer curry. I seriously do not understand what they wanted to do by sending this food ??? If I had time I would want to get refund of the whole thing. But I know refund will not mean anything for me.. may be I need to sue them !!! It is that bad experience of mine. My whole even was ruined because of their food. Worse worse experience. In our culture, providing food means more than just offering something to eat. It is a gesture of generosity and hospitality. However, it appears that the priority was profit over the quantity and quality of the food they provide. Less than 1 star. :

Based on the audience other guests) of the restaurant, the food seems to be very authentic. I ordered Boneless Chicken Dum Biryani which was pretty spicy too spicy for most western people) in its default setting! According to the waiter, the Boneless Chicken Dum Biryani is made with deep fried chicken which came as a negative) surprise to me. The prices are reasonable, although raised significantly recently see menu modified with Sharpie).
