Moreover, the past 2 times I’ve been here, inside it smells strongly of cleaning agent or just has a weird unappetizing smell in there. On top of that Bingsoo melts super quick so you can’t take it to-go either.Plz fix this issue guys I love your food?
I've been coming here for a while...I should have written this review much earlier...oh well, here it is now. This was my favorite place to come get Bingsoo before Sulbing in Santa Clara opened. While the Bingsoo is still Brilliant the main deterrent is the tiny venue with not a lot of seating. On a hot summer day it's fairly arduous to get a seat. The biggest challenge is coming in big groups. Good luck if you have more than 4 people, especially when its busy. There is plenty of parking available in the plaza, not a whole lot going on there...The Bingsoo here is basically perfect. Ice Cold, so soft and supple...like snow. It's brilliant! Not too sweet, you are provided with condensed milk on the side, so you can add as much as you want or not. The Mochi is perfect, chewy and slightly sweet without being too tough, just the way it should be. I tried most of the flavors, but my go to are the Mango Matcha...#Sugar: Matcha Red Bean Bingsoo 5/5 Mango Bingsoo [R] (Seasonal) 5/5 Injoelmi Bingsoo 5/5 Hawaii Fruit Tea 4/5 Mango Matcha Latte 4/5
Go here!!! I recommend this over Sulbing where there is a long wait and have to fight for a seating area since they do not do to-go orders. Mandro is underrated and hidden, however they only have a few tables inside the restaurant so we had to sit outside. I got the matcha one and I really like how you can taste the matcha since it is sprinkled on top. It is not biter if you are no a strong matcha lover since the condensed milk evens it out. The mochi is also soft and we got extra. We got a size large and it was enough for us 3 girls with some leftovers!

When you come in, you just order on the kiosk and they just call your order when it 's ready. There 's seating outside and inside. I got the mango and strawberry bingsoo. I like how light it feels because you can just keep eating more and more of it without feeling full. I was surprised they even had fruit at the bottom, instead of just only the top. I preferred the strawberry bingsoo over the mango one. They were both goo
