Place has an open dining on top. There are times though that it can be crowded, and management should be sensitive when to add another cashier to accommodate long queue of customers.
Convenient location for a rest stop when travelling north of Manila. Only giving 3 stars because of the disappointing restroom/comfort room. You cannot go into the restroom unless you have a customer code which is printed on the receipt. This ensures that only customers can use their restroom. You would think that with this policy the restroom will be clean and well-maintained. The sink looks like it hasn't had a good scrub in years. The accumulation of gunk on the sink is obvious. I won't even describe the state of the water closet/toilet bowl. Please give your restroom a good scrubbing.
Okay, we went here days ago, Christmas day to be specific. It was too crowded and the queue is super long that day. I hope it isn't like that on regualr days. I understand why our order also took long to be served since there are tons of customers. We were in line for almost 20 mins and another 30 mins waiting for our order, enough for our driver to nap in the parking lot haha. As usual SB drinks are
This is our go to Starbucks because it is near our place. It gets crowded during weekends or holidays because of people travelling to the North via nlex stopping over to get coffee. But on normal days it's pretty chill and we often have our meetings here because it's quiet and not as crowded as the other Starbucks in the area. There's plenty of parking because it's inside the Petron Lakeshore along nlex. It also has a drive thru which is convenient. Today they ran out of milk and ice so they served hot beverages only and no coffee so that means hot tea only. This rarely happens, but hope management could predict customer peaks better.
