Where is the head chef that used to patrol around and greet people? What happened to the meat carving station? The roast lamb was all fat. The salad lettuce selection was laughable. The pizza and pasta and the Mexican section is just sad. And where's the kind service staff? We just got hassled to pay the bill twice just after we were sat down at 7pm. They all seem to be in a rush to go home. Here's a pic of the tuna sashimi they had. Not eating that. And the cockroach scurrying around the meat carving station was the final straw. Place wont get my patronage any longer.
Nice banquet set up, good steak meat and friendly staff and clean facade
I liked the buffet and the service. There is a great choice. But compared to Vikings in Cebu City the quality of food, and especially the carvery, was less good. It still needs a lot of improvement but everything is there to make it better in the future.
Pre pandemic, during pandemic and maybe post pandemic. I would say their service is very consistent. The staff are very nice and would sometimes guide you which sauce is better for a meat. The menu at the peak of pandemic is not that good but none the less these people and this place will provide you the best service and food they can!
Making reservation was smooth. On-site, the service person was accomodating and let us pick our seat. Some selection were unique, almost weird to taste. Love the sushi selection, not the ramen and tempura (not how I want them cooked). Labels can be hard to find though. It was nice experience.
