Very unorganized crews. It's not the store can't accommodate the crowd, it's the crew's who don't know what their doing. They have to retrain their crews. It always take so long to get your orders. They should call this branch Slow Food Chain. An hour wait is unacceptable.

Worst Drive thru experience ever. Lack of cooperation from their team. Lack on attention to details. Long waiting on drive thru. Managers in experience. June 23, 2023. We waited on the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. The nubg nasa order counter na kami, need daw namin magwait for 30 minutes for a single burger steak order. What is the purpose of having a drive thru kung inconvenient at sobrang tagal nyo kami paghihintayin. July 09, 2033. Ordered 3 burgerstake with frie, jolly hotdog with fries and peach mango pie. They told us to wait for 7 minutes sa parking lot nila. We waited for almost 30 minutes. Yet hindi pa complete yung order namin. The manager even told us na binigay na ibang orders when hindi man namin siya nakita at pumunta sa car namin. Worst kulang kulang pa binigay nilang orders. Very inconvenient and irresponsible crew. Sayang gas at oras. Pwee! Di na makakaulit
