Subway - Metamora

Waited 20+ minutes at the drive thru speaker (they told me to hold on). I drove around and they had two employees working the lobby customers. They could have said, “hey, we are backed up can you come inside” or “wait time is probably about 20-30 minutes” or anything. But instead they just had me and about 5 cars behind me wait until everybody drove off.This isn’t the first time I’ve waited more than 15 minutes in the drive thru.

I typically order the chicken or turkey sandwich on honey-wheat bread at this restaurant. However, this time I tried the chopped steak (heated up) with pepper jack cheese and my choice of fixings, along with chipotle dressing. It was so delicious that I had it again a week later when I visited Texas. The chips, drinks, and cookies were also great. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean inside. Thank you!

The two children working there were not very professional and did not seem to know how to operate the drive-thru efficiently.

Every time I have used the drive-thru at this restaurant, there has been a mistake or it has taken an excessively long time. I have received cold pizzas, pizzas that were not cut, incorrect drinks, wrong sandwiches, and incorrect toppings on pizzas. The service could not be any worse.

I couldn't even place an order because no one spoke English. I had to leave the menu and go to the pickup window for a pickup order, even though I kept yelling that I didn't have one. They then tried to give me a torn notebook.
