Cayenne - Peoria Heights

Beautiful selection of Out-of-the-norm Tacos! The food was great! That's the street maid! I prefer the pulled pigs tacos over the Brisket tacos, the Brisket simply did not quite do it for me. The service was decent. They were not too busy at 8:45 or so, but they brought us water, came back and asked if we were ready to order. I guess at this point we could have ordered drinks from the menu, but the waiter took a drink and appetizer before he asked what we had, so we went without drinks and had just water, although the drinks menu looked good. Fast service, good food, great atmosphere. Overall a good experience and would return!

Tso Good is so good!! The cowboy is also good and Buffalo is sharp, but good... Everybody's great! Hunny loves the corn I like the Fiesta salad!!! You will not be disappointed!

I had my first trip to Cayenne, and it won't be my last! The food has great taste and if you are hungry, it is your own fault! The portions are large and well cooked. I was with two friends and we all got a duck and shared it so we could try different things. Everything was wonderful, including the service! Jake was our server and he was good! We were well cared for, and he is friendly and personal and is very good at his work! Yes, we're going back and hopefully Jake will be our server. I'd judge Cayenne well five. We enjoyed it, so if you get a chance, stop one and try the food and drinks. It is worth the time and the money!!!

The waiter seemed irritated to be there and did not come off as very friendly. Tacos weren’t even warm besides the chips. And out of the group of 4 we went with 2 of us got sick.
