Great food! great service! Why do they eat somewhere else?

I went to Binke’s this past Friday while on lunch break and stood in line for 10 minutes. As I got to the counter to order my food I was asked to step to back to the back of the line. I was told they needed to ring the people up behind me because they were a large party. My money spends just like the large party. As a business owner you should be able to accommodate all of your customers! You will not have big parties on a daily basis. For the most part it will be the INDIVIDUALS who will support you on a daily basis. This is one of the reasons small/black businesses are not supported.

Owner is rude and have no manners but her food is awesome… I wish her attitude matched how wonderful her food is… I will never return again and I hope she knows that character takes you a long way….. Sign A very unhappy customer

The lady at the register attitude was terrible. There were no smiles or greeting. I've been there 3 times and it was always the same. I don't recommend someone who is looking for hospitality not to go there as much money that your spending with her . There should be a very warm welcoming when you enter. But the food was good just not the service ?
