Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Someone needs to give JaQuan, who was at the window, a raise or a promotion! He was incredibly funny and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and interacting with customers. He definitely deserves a great review because it's hard to come by such excellent customer service these days.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. When I requested to speak with a manager, a rather arrogant young man claimed to be a team manager or something similar. Every time I tried to express my concerns, he interrupted me. Out of frustration, I finally said I would take my business elsewhere, to which he coolly responded, "Okay, go somewhere else; that’s fine with us." The drive-thru staff also exhibited a lack of courtesy. Listen, Raising Cane's, I know Chick-Fil-A is on the other side of town, but there's a reason people are willing to wait in line and pay a little more for better service. Perhaps you should consider having their HR and PR teams come to your locations and show you how it’s done.

Everything was good, but it could have been even better if the staff had been friendlier and showed more appreciation for their jobs. Not everyone is suited for working in public-facing roles.

I have never had service like this before at canes but today was just bad the cashier that took my order was very rude and didn't give me any time to order my family's food and when our food came out our food was cold so we asked them to replace the food but they refused to I am never coming back to this location

Great place for a quick chicken strip and fries meal. The strips are always fresh and tender. And the sides are good too. I eat there a couple times monthly and it's always a good visit.
