Enjoy Inn Chinese - Maungakiekie-Tamaki

I revisited this restaurant after a 3-year absence and was pleased to see that it is still thriving. They serve yam cha from 11am onwards. The hot and steaming dim sum is cooked to order, especially the fried items, while customers dine. If your favorite item is not on the moving trolley or being carried around, you can place an order. The freshly fried squid with light flour smelled amazing, and the Siew Mai had hidden fish paste prawns at its base. A popular dish here is the crunchy French beans in a salted beans and dried sweet/sour fruit powder, which tasted delicious. Make sure to finish your current order before ordering the next dish to enjoy a hot meal.

(4/5) This restaurant is a pretty decent place for dim sum. My favorite dishes were the chicken feet, beef tendon, beef tripes, and pork ribs in black bean sauce. The service was fast and the staff were friendly, earning a rating of 4.5.

I love the yum cha at this restaurant in Auckland! We always order the siomai, chicken feet, pork ribs, beef tendon, fried squid, roast pork, and durian mochi for dessert. It's delicious!

Dim-sum wise and price wise I will always choose enjoy inn over the others. They’ve got a variety of dim-sum options and their services are fine. Love their chicken feet, pan fried chives dumplings and ox tribe especially. My bf loves their shrimp dumplings and fried squid. Food is always fresh and well cooked. A good place to yum-cha and catch up with friends indeed on Sunday morning. Their car parks are limited, it’d be best if you park around the residential areas but please don’t block others’ gates.

We had yum cha here and the food was great! Not too greasy or salty. Service was good, staff was attentive and the yumcha trolleys were kept with fresh rounds of food. Clean place, good atmosphere, had a great time with friends, would come again. We had a party of 4 and ate a lot, cost came around to $30 pp for our table.
