Ive been eating chinese food for over 20 years i lived in vancouver bc and when i moved to maple ridge and orderd chines food was the the most terrible thing i ate will not order from there again chicken chow mein was awefull and did not cook it right tasted almomost not cooked very bad
After 5 years of regular patronage we will never be ordering from here again. We have always recommended them for their consistency but on New Years the food was so cold, greasy and inedible that we ended up having to throw it out. We typically have a 3 strikes rule with restaurants because things happen but the level if customer service was deplorable. We ordered 3 hours in advance. When the food arrived, we went to eat it, couldn't because it was terrible. I called them to express my concerns in the hopes they'd either bring us new food (which was the appropriate solution) or a refund. They called back 2 hours later and offered 10% off our next order. That's not good enough, especially for New Years being wrecked. They demanded we prove we didn't eat the food to get a refund. I explained that there was no way that after 2 hours the food was kept on the counter. I've never, ever been asked to prove poor quality of food 2 hours later. Of course it had been thrown in the bin. Had they of returned my call in a reasonable time frame or talked to me when I called instead of telling me management was too busy then of course I'd have happily handed them the food back when they'd brought us replacement food. My husband called back after I told him how shocked I was by the poor customer service and said we'd be happy to provide them the garbage bag with the food for the refund.of course they declined. They don't value their customers at all. We have been loyal for years. We didn't ask for anything free, wasted for what we paid for. They couldn't even be bothered to have a supervisor speak to us directly, they spoke through a young kid that was relaying messages from the kitchen. Terribly unprofessional.
Good food, fast delivery, can't go wrong, tasty and hot every time!! Portions could be bigger. Our #2 for Chinese food!
Delivery was fast, food was hot and delicious. They even gave me a quick call to tell me about one of our choices, to see if it was really what we wanted to get. Great customer service. Our only reservation was the appetizer portion was a little smaller than we like (deep fried wontons), but that could just be us as we love that appy. Overall we totally recommend if your looking for decent Chinese food in Maple Ridge.
