It's a bit hidden as you have to cross the cafe on the ground floor to reach the stairs to reach the second floor where it is located. They offered three vegan dishes with several kinds of rice; I tried two of them and was amazed by their taste. Unfortunately, they use disposable tableware even if you eat on-site. Absolutely fantastic. My french girlfriend had visited and said she really liked this place so she said we have to go here. After visiting your restaurant I am very pleased. The food and service was excellent. Upon entry of the restaurant, the people working there were warm people and a pleasure to deal with. So my girlfriend and I were already in a great mood by the time we got the food. The food did indeed taste like great home made Persian food (I am from Iran so this was important to me). Another funny detail is the Persian music that was playing in the background. I LOVED IT. It made me feel like home. Well done to you, the staff and owner(s)!
Belle découverte culinaire... le personnel est très sympathique et la nourriture est tout simplement délicieuse !!! Pour finir, un bon thé noir accompagné de quelques dattes... c'est le bonheur de la cuisine persane ! Merci !
Our server did not speak English so even if I indicated twice that I wanted the vegan ghormeh sabzi, she apparently still served me the bark (not sure because I never really tasted it). When I asked for a third time, she seemed to say that they did not have the vegan version, although it was on the board and there were two ghormeh sabzi stroh on the show. they were obviously also from another vegan option (the veggies one), so my friend would not have got what she wanted. we went without eating. eating looks authentic and I'm sure it's in order if they don't have any language barrier, but I'll never know.
Must be in the pub below to find the restaurant in the first floor. the owners were amazing friendly and went out there to try all vegan options. yes, everything is available, but the costs are kept on a minimum and everything is homemade. I never knew how much I loved Persian eating until I came here.
