Kobe - Luxembourg City

I had dinner with my parents last night at cobe and it was great. we are 3 vegan and 1 vegetarian. we ordered vegan sushi plates and it was so good. I never had vegan sushi next to avocado and gurkenmaki. it was nice to see that the chef has an additional effort to make great vegan sushi. they had also dessert a vegan that was amazing. the meal was pricy, but it was totally worth it. the personal was also friendly. highly recommended.

Possibly even the best sushi I’ve ever had, including from before I became vegan... so many flavours... absolutely delicious, great service and an upmarket vibe.

Kobe had both a 20 piece sushi platter which was amazing and a poke bowl which I didnt try. They also had mochi which was vegan, for dessert. Updated from previous review on 2023-06-10

I had dinner at Cobe with my parents yesterday evening and it was great. We are 3 vegans and 1 vegetarian. We ordered vegan sushi platters and it was SO GOOD. I have never had vegan sushi besides avocado and cucumber maki. It was nice to see that the chef did an extra effort to make great vegan sushi. They also had a vegan dessert which was amazing. The meal was pricy but totally worth it. Staff was also friendly. Highly recommend.

The vegan sushi platter and vegan poke bowl are among the best available in Luxembourg. Quite pricey but at this location it is unsurprising.
