In practice, the restaurant offers a set menu with, if desired, wine pairings. So, given the mode, the service is simpler. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, but the place is maybe loud when it is full. I really liked the idea to make my own gin at the beginning. About the food: good quality ingredients, but each dish lacked something to make it complete. In all honesty, I thought better. Not even the wines are up to the mark. Perhaps the restaurant is above average for the level of restaurants in Luxembourg, but far below in relation to the price. If it were not for the fact that three desserts are served at the end (which is exaggerated in my opinion), one would leave hungry. Une découverte extraordinaire. Tout est parfait. Le cadre est atypique et on se sent directement embarqué dans l'aventure. Un chef et son équipe qui ont de l or dans les mains tout simplement. Une inspiration asiatique qui fait apparaître le fameux umami dans chaque bouchee. Cette saveur si particulière qui envahit vos papilles et donne tout son sens à la découverte culinaire. Pas de carte, tout est une surprise et ce concept déroutant est finalement très agréable. Un tout grand merci pour l adaptation sans poisson, chose très complexe dans un menu aussi élaboré. Le service également est dans la lignée. Le personnel est très sympathique et a beaucoup d humour. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Félicitations à toute l'équipe et à bientôt... Meal type: Dinner
