Hardee's In Jopl - Lufkin

I love hardee’s they are always so nice and i’m sad that most of the hardee’s in my area closed but i try to come here a lot to keep it open and i love it here

This location is terrible. Food was cold, Orders were wrong and our drinks didn’t have syrup in them. Won’t be going back

The Hardee's in this town were the worst. They have all closed and this is the last one. Fast, friendly and the biscuits and gravy are my fav. Very satisfied with this Hardee's

I waited in driverroug for almost 10 min for 2 cheeseburgers and they weren't busy with only a few guests in the whole place and only me in drivethrough when I got my burgers I thought since they took so long they wod be hot and fresh but they were old and cold so I called the Hardee's and the manager told me that if I would come back he would make me fresh double cheeseburgers if I would come inside so I went back and went inside as the manager had requested and then once again stood in their lobby for 10 to 15 minutes waiting on two fresh double cheeseburgers and this time they were actually fresh but the manager seemed very annoyed by me and it was obvious that he had a bit of attitude about me bringing those nasty cheeseburgers back I won't be going back to that Hardee's they seemed overwhelmed even when not busy and had visible attitude when I tried to get the problem corrected although they did in the end correct the problem I don't want to not give credit where credit is due

Just got Hardee’s. Got home 5 min after picking it up. Unwrap my sandwich to find it’s cold and part of the bread is missing…this restaurant is too expensive for this level of service…
