Kascade Steakhouse - Carthage

My wife and I ordered prime rib and sirloin at this restaurant, but were disappointed to find that neither dish was enjoyable. We paid $70.00 for our meal and ended up leaving two full plates of food uneaten. This was the first time I have ever felt compelled to complain about a meal at a restaurant, as the quality of the food did not meet our expectations and was the worst we have ever experienced.

I recently had a very disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. The Prime Rib I ordered was tough and seemed to have been overcooked on the grill. The baked potato I received was unable to melt the butter. Despite paying $26 for the Prime Rib, the quality was very poor. To make matters worse, my granddaughter's sirloin steak was burnt. I am surprised that this restaurant has 4 and a half stars, as my experience was subpar. I would not recommend this place to others.

This is the first review I’ve ever done in my life and I must say this place is a hidden gem me and a coworker stop in for dinner after work and it was amazing and trucker friendly food was amazing and I’ve been to some pricey places in some large city’s which is why this place deserves a detailed review service 100% never looked for my waitress once and she wasn’t always poping in which can be annoying perfect balance around if I had to search for something negative to say it would have to be this place isn’t in my home town ya that have to be the only bad thing any road warriors passing by must stop in it’s that good I’m talking down to the plating of your food nothing was off

This is a great spot for steak with friendly and helpful staff in a cozy atmosphere.

Ordered Medium Rare KC Strip I was informed they’d have to check to see if they had KC Strip then after confirmation they had one left it was brought out Well Done so then I had to order something else so I figured fried catfish is easy enough… boy was I mistaken.. Will not be back.. I’m a very easy person to please but my $35 steak wasn’t even remotely close to what I had ordered..
