The Lovedale Bar and Restaurant

I took my wife and daughter for a few days in the hunter valley and we decided to eat here. I ordered the meals and paid, but when my wife went to collect them, she had not been made. I checked my credit card and I would only be paid for two meals. it ended a bit of a miscommunication with the waitress, and I was also guilty because I didn't pay enough attention, nor did I check the order before I paid so fair enough. the dings happen and it was a pretty busy night. now tim the superior (who also made a pretty sweet fruit-tinkgle for my wife, I swear! I couldn't be a gentleman anymore. the waitress was also very polite and I assured her that I didn't really pay attention as I ordered. tim was extremely polite, although I owed him, and he was able to arrange for the meal of my wife, just a few minutes later to come out, although it was a busy night. he didn't have to, but we were very great and thought that the kind he had spoken to us was the first advice. frankly, the service was pretty superior, some fine restaurants that we were. we would like to eat here again!

Beautiful relaxed atmosphere over the view of the pool and the water park. nice casual eating for lunch and dinner and good evening to have a few cocktails or beer at the end of a busy day. family-friendly, although high chairs are a little hard to find....Menu well, prices good and well in portions.

Really bad service. lack of personal. slow waiting time to order both food and drinks. enthusiast staff at the rude. terrible customer service. eating to the table was fast. over price and eating was tasteless. “Krispy” halloumi fries soggy and boiled. lack of vegetarian non-spicy food. no easy snacks, e.g. roasted sandwich. no tassen for water. no cheese. wouldn't eat here, but for convenience they have to do something. for the amount they pay to stay here, they should really play their game on.

That was in order. some dishes were beautiful, while others tasted a little simple. had an earlier attempt to dinate here a day earlier. but the place was packed all night and felt not very covid for it. the second attempt was...better as there were more seats. pricing was half high, but the portions were large: the poolside service is an additional bonus. who didn't want hot chips and cold drinks to be delivered to their pool chair?

Wasn't very busy but still couldn't get a menu, steak was overcooked and sides were almost non existent. Kids spaghetti tasted like it had chilli in it.
