Manetta's - Long Island City

The restaurant was extremely noisy despite being only half full. The pizza was decent, but the salad and other dishes were just average. Overall, nothing stood out as exceptional, but it was enough to fill you up. The quality of the wines was also disappointing.

I enjoy this restaurant, but it has a significant issue. They close at 10 PM, which can be frustrating, as they begin to clean up and close down even if customers are still dining. It shows a lack of consideration for the business. I would visit more frequently if they stayed open later, perhaps until 11 PM. Additionally, during the winter, the restaurant is not adequately heated. Despite these drawbacks, the food is excellent.

My husband and I visited Manetti's at 7:30 on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was filled with a mix of families, friends, children, and couples, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Everyone appeared to be in high spirits. I ordered the salmon with vegetables and polenta, which was delicious. My husband opted for the chicken, filet mignon, and sausage dish, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We ended our meal with cookies made in-house at Manetti's and a scrumptious cappuccino, as we were in a rush. The other dessert options looked fantastic as well. Our waitress provided excellent service, and overall, we had a very positive dining experience.

We celebrated a birthday for my Mom, and can't wait to go back. The salads served were not only delicious, but the presentation was eye appealing as well. Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection and well as the fish and Veal Parm tasty and delicious. We can't wait to return for another great meal, glad we finally found our way to this fantastic restaurant.

Great Look to the restaurant Food was Good The waiter(Nick) was not friendly at all... did not read us the list of specials and then overheard him reading them to the next table! When asking him for dessert menu he actually put up his hand as if to tell us to wait! Then passed us again before we could get his attention. With that we decided to not stay for dessert and asked for the bill instead. Would most likely not go back.
