Load important customer service problems in this. some of the employees who work here because of the language barrier do not understand how to edit the things on the app properly and make many mistakes. they refuse to fix the problems caused by them and are incredibly rude, although the error caused by their inability to communicate and understand the requests made by customers. about donuts and coffees they are terrible and do not care about their behavior. the dd on jackson ave is very friendly and no problems with simple queries. they remain free from this place.

Standard Dunkin' in terms of drinks and food. However, I have had some less than ideal experiences at this location. For starters, service is quite slow. Additionally, one time they messed up my order and acted annoyed when I asked them to fix it.

I requested 24 munchkins, glazed /chocolate.They were ALL strawberry filled.NOT WHAT I ASK FOR BEING MY CHILDREN HAVE A SEVER ALERGYThey're not answering but my lawyers will be contacting them.I wish I nvr had them delivered while I was at work.I also wish they did their job PROPERLY.

Fast services and excellent customer service. Pretty clean establishment.
