Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

We eat here regularly and sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad. The wait is horrible but they are getting better. I’m giving a 5 star review because the manager is always caring respectful and always goes above and beyond to make customers happy. He should get a raise. No matter how frustrating or bad the day is he’s always with a smile on his face. Props to the manager and for always being nice even to rude people.

I love Freddy's! However, I was a bit disappointed with the Freddy's in Loganville. The service was mediocre and the food wasn't as good as at other Freddy's locations. The only redeeming factor was that they made a mistake with my order and gave me a free chili cheese dog. Improve your game, Loganville Freddy's.

We were definitely thrilled to see this in our side of the city, as the picturesque location was great, but disappointed. they don't even have what's on the menu. they do not have tweeper rings or cheese curds, do not have the A1 sauce for the A1 burger, in the grunde had to order random dinge to see if they had it and spent $40 on things that we really did not come there for. there is no sign to communicate with the public what they are out of when with the manager he did not want to take us, but later came back with 2 free Custard cards. is not visited here again!

Freddy’s does not disappoint and todays visit was no different. Great patty melt and hot crispy fries with the perfect amount of salt. The food was quickly served exactly as expected. The only issue I had today was the employee who took my order was just going through the motions and her attitude was one that she was not happy to be there. All the other staff was rocking and rolling getting the orders out so kudos to them.

While pilling up to order, I noticed over seven staff members in the front behind the counter playing; schoolers of course. Waiting in there drive thru for 20 mins for chili cheese fried and an oreo mint melt (which has a large picture on the window for the promotion). Six minutes down the road, I noticed they did not put one drop of oreo cookies in my melt. It was 100% mint. The ticket read correct, but still not a drop.On their receipt, they do not list any phone number. After search online, I located and called twice. No one answered. $5.79 plus tax for the wrong item that comes in a small cup. What a rip off.
