The southern lady on the drive thru is always so sweet in the morning. The food comes fast and the line goes fast. Your cookies are from this world, so good!

Love the cookies and land ham. Also best pommes. Can be a little longer in line, but fresh cooked food is worth it.

Ms. Ivey, who works the drive thru window, is over and over polite. From the first word she speaks, you can hear the smile in her voice and the absolute pleasure she has in her job! The line was long, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

I love this location of Bojangles. There is a special young lady who works the passage she is super friendly. I can't remember her name. I'm always happy with the service when it's here!

I ordered two bo-berry biscuit combos and got two burnt biscuits without any icing. When I came into the restaurant to have the order remade I observed a cashier that had just taken a cash payment prepare my food. I also observed a line cook grabbing biscuits without tongs. The GM overheard me asking the cashier for a refund and came to the front with aggression. I explained what I observed and she began making excuses instead of fixing the issue. I don’t think she understands food safety as she began to tell me that no one had to wear gloves. If someone takes a cash payment and make food without washing their hands it’s allows room for cross contamination to take place. The health department will be called as I observed multiple issues leading up to arm bands, no hand washing taking place, and people serving expired food. I was very respectful, but hate the way the GM yelled at me for wanting to protect my family
