As soon as we pulled into the parking lot at lunchtime and saw how empty it was, we had a sinking feeling about this restaurant. We decided to give it a chance anyway, but it quickly became clear why the parking lot was so deserted. I ordered the Diablo Dare, which was supposed to be spicy, but it didn't have any heat at all. It tasted as though it was slathered in mild barbecue sauce. The meal was supposed to come with a free vanilla shake, but the entire portion of it that I circled in the photo was missing from our order. When my wife inquired about the missing items, she was told that the milkshake wasn't actually included! Thankfully, the manager intervened to correct the staff’s mistake. Overall, this place is just not worth it.
It took forever to get our food. I ended up waiting in the lobby with insulated bags because the drive-through wait was even worse. They would give me one bag, and then I’d have to wait two or three more minutes for the next one. When I placed my order, the cashier even shouted back for chicken, suggesting they would start cooking it early – or at least that’s what I assumed. They opened and closed several bags, trying to sort out whose food was whose. Honestly, it was incredibly unorganized. And why do they serve the shakes first? They just sat there melting for the entire 20 minutes while we waited for the order to be prepared. I complained, but they still didn’t offer to remake them. Finally, I thought I had my complete order and left with my overly melted shakes, only to reach Hyrum 12 minutes later and find missing items. We had cold fries, squished sandwiches, melted shakes, and no ranch dressing. It was such a disappointment for many hungry seniors.
Marianne is absolutely amazing! She always greets me quickly and is incredibly helpful and courteous. She's definitely a top-notch employee! My French dip and crinkle fries were delicious. The food took a little longer to arrive, but it was lunchtime. Overall, I had a great experience!
Without fail, they miss atleast 1 main item from my order. My famy enjoys they food, but there's few things I can eat there in the first place, so having missing items means someone doesn't eat. Arbys, please please be more diligent about checking ordersand bags before giving them out. It's shouldn't be my job to make sure you do yours.
