Swig - Logan

My drink had no carbonation so I pulled back through where they refilled it. There was still no carbonation and the girl at the window kept telling us there was carbonation and the machine was working when clearly 4 of us in the car tasted the drink and there was NO carbonation! We even had her pour the drink out so she didn't think we wanted a free drink. Poor customer service ? they need an adult there and not a whole bunch of teenage girls running the place .

PLEASE teach servers to not back up traffic at both the Head AND the Tail of the line--which blocks traffic in BOTH areas. Learn from Chick fill-A In-n-Out; when there's a problem order...have the car move into one of the stalls and custom-serve them, rather than back up 14 vehicles. Insane...good drinks tho??‍

I am fed up with their poor drive thru management. Half of the ENTIRE parking lot for multiple businesses is often completely un-usable because of this, along with one of the 2 entrances. enough!!!!

I love Swig! I have come here many times. They are fast and the drinks always taste great. I love that you can ask for more or less ice. I love to get the Founder with extra ice, my husband loves the bobas and my daughter loves getting to order for herself a kids rootbeer! The workers are always so nice and cute with her.
