The best sushi in Logan. It's gotten a lot more expensive over the years but I guess you can't blame them too much. Their seating is pretty squishy and in the winter every time the door opens you're getting frozen. But it is what it is, the sushi is still worth it. Try a rainbow roll and add lemon. For a non-sushi dish at a sushi place, their teriyaki chicken bowl is pretty good. I felt like the chicken and the rice were perfectly portioned for each other, which is nice because most of the time you’re left with a ton of extra rice. Improvements that could be made would definitely be more sauce and also the price. This bowl cost $14 and while it was good I don’t think it’s worth it at that price point. Or maybe I’m just the bad guy for not getting sushi at the sushi place.
IMO Takara has the highest quality Sushi in Cache Valley. The food is always fresh and served pretty quick. It can get busy on the weekends but mid week is a great time to go. When friends and family visit and want to eat sushi this is the only place I take them. Sushi is expensive, expect to pay at least $30-$40 for two people.
Stopped in for lunch being that we are here for the Cache Valley Cruise In this week. Food was delicious, pricing was reasonable and the staff were super friendly. We will be coming back next year.
