Panera Bread - Little Neck

I find the place to be the staff, the food and the atmosphere a joy in it. I can say that all employees and managers work very hard. You all really make me feel like a customer?. All people who have complaints about the place seem to have nothing better to do than complain. Things happen people make mistakes that they are only human. As the world has been for the past few years, these complaints about the Little Neck Panera should be the worst thing that happens. Get a life people.

Update 11/11/2022 they have raised the front and opened the panera again. they are back in operation. see updated photos. still coffee pickup, but no tea options before. old post 11/09/2022 this Panera location is now closed as a car drives through the branch front. I hope nobody got hurt badly. I hope they were rebuilt soon and better, as most of the staff were pretty friendly.

Terrible kitchen management. first, if the order is not ready, do not write to their customers say it is ready for picking up and then let them wait for another 10 minutes. secondly, someone like manager seems so rude. if they make mistakes, then just apologize for it. do they not pretend it's not her fault and blame the customer for frustrated, not least if they wear masks, do they not leave their nose out in order?

Not many sockets to do work. I also served cold food, but nothing was said. About dressed salad and missed order tickets. I usually order to go to this place and they? usually quite good for most part. Today I actually had some time to sit for breakfast today and tried to use it as an opportunity to do and decompress work before I met my first day. Inconsistency?

As busy as this Panera Café can be, in NY, service runs very well and modified orders have always been correct. Plenty of seating is available. Restrooms are clean. They have better coffee than some other Panera Cafés I've been to. Parking always easy and available.
