Mcdonald's - Lilburn

The restaurant had a pleasant and clean atmosphere, despite its relatively small dining area. The fast food was fresh, and the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned! I definitely need to visit this place more often in Decatur. The customer service was also exceptional, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

This McDonald's is doing a fantastic job. The food is always well prepared and just as we order it. The entire staff is attentive to customers, welcomes customers every time within seconds of approaching the counter or arriving in the drive-thru, and the restaurant and the bathroom are always actively monitored and cleaned. Every person who enters this McDonald is treated with utmost respect, kindness and dignity, making this whole community a better place. This owner and management team take care of their people and their customers. Fantastic work McDonalds Hixson!

I have to say, the 3rd shift staff are my absolute favorite! There are times when the restaurant gets really busy with a constant stream of orders, but overall, they handle everything quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate how fast they prepare and deliver customer orders! Thank you, McDonald's and the 3rd Shift Crew, for making every visit a great experience! Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! You all deserve a raise, especially the managers!

The food is generally great and the service is usually quick. However, I would advise against visiting on a Sunday during brunch, as you may end up waiting around 20 minutes for your meal. The lobby opens at 6 o'clock.
