Zaxby's - Lebanon

This restaurant is conveniently located near I-40. We visited on a Sunday around noon. Our order was taken promptly, but it took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. The chicken was hot and tasty, just like the fries. The slaw was fresh and delicious.

Oh, Zaxby's! When did you stop seasoning your fries? I've always ordered them and they usually get a solid 5 out of 5 from me. I never have to check my order because it’s always hot and fresh. I never even ask for ketchup because these perfectly seasoned fries are delicious on their own! However, I was really disappointed with the fries I received tonight. What happened?

Service was friendly and quite fast. I ordered the wings and things. The chicken pliers were hot and fresh, but the wings were disgusting! They were undercooked and cold!

I had an excellent experience! The chicken planks were delicious, and pairing them with a Coke and fries made it even better.

So happy that the zensation zalad and eggrolls are back on menu. I wish these items were on the menu all the time. My favorite!
