1 star for experience 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies, last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front ofme at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough stationpatting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making packing up an order(those are going tothe customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who waschecking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, atthe very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. It was rude, unwelcoming andquite frankly adequate the experience VERY disappointing! I won't be back!
The rotating list of cookies here are superb. We have yet to get anything here that we don't like. The best thing is that every week they have a different set of cookies on the menu, so you can have something new every time.
Really amazing cookies! Love that their cookie menu changes every week, they have so many different varieties and flavors. They do offer curbside pick up at this location as well.
Truly some of the best cookies I've ever had. The service was terrific and after tasting some I feel like I really got my money's worth. All the workers were busy and kind. This place is Great!!
