I usually opt for the pepperoni slices, but they also have some fantastic specialty pizzas. My favorite is the meat lovers pizza—it's packed with toppings. My only complaint is that they charge for the sauce. I love dipping my pizza in sauce, but at Ramunto, it costs $0.60 for a small container that isn't even big enough for a full slice. It feels like you'd need 20 of those containers to match the amount of sauce you could get in a $1 can at the store. Although their sauce tastes much better than store-bought, the sauce pricing is a bit of a downside. Overall, I still love this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys thin pizza like I do. The staff is friendly and does a great job!
The pizzas are excellent—definitely the best I've had in the area. When I inquired about the paprika, I expected just a light sprinkle over the pepperoni, but it was generously applied on each slice. It was a refreshing change from the usual 3-4 pieces per slice. I also tried the chicken parm sub. While it was decent, I found it a bit unusual that they use chicken fingers instead of traditional cuts of real white meat. Personally, I think it could use more sauce, but others might find it just right. The cheese on the sub wasn’t quite to my liking either. Despite this, I returned for both the pizza and the sub, though I definitely prefer the pizza. They have great specials on slices and beer if you dine in the comfortable seating area. Overall, it’s a lovely place, and I would rate it 88 out of 100.
At first, I'm not sure why everyone here gets this place. Very good NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA. I would recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza every day. They also have many brews on tap and wonderful service. The bartender Jessica is particularly wonderful! Very happy staff and good service and good food.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and the food is generally quite good. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a typical pizza place. However, my main issue is that they rarely offer the 12-inch pizzas or calzones. Often, when I call to place an order, I'm told that they are unavailable. This forces me to order a 16-inch, which is more than I really want. If they can make a 16-inch pizza, why not a 12-inch? It feels a bit misleading. If they don't want to make 12-inch options, they should just remove them from the menu. As a result, I usually end up going elsewhere, where I'm able to get exactly what I'm looking for.
Pizza was so large it didn't fit on pizza tray! Had to arrange 5 leftover slices so I could close box! DELICIOUS NY STYLE PIZZA...as spoken from a true New Yorker. Other menu items as well as a bar and tv's
