Dunkin' - Lebanon

The staff was training a new employee who didn’t seem to fully grasp the menu options. However, I eventually received help from someone who understood it better and was able to get me what I wanted. They informed me that they were out of turkey sausage, so I couldn't order the breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and English muffin. Instead, I opted for the bacon and cheddar option, though I'm not quite sure what they are called in terms of egg substitutes.

The coffee here is consistently great, though it can vary depending on who's preparing it. I also experienced good service during my visit.

I only visit this Dunkin' if my usual one is closed, and I'm consistently disappointed. It's quite frustrating.

Dirty, poor service, slow. We were ignored for a while before getting someone to take our order.

Ordered a bagel with bacon and cheese and asked for it to be buttered. Gentleman rang me up for a bagel with butter toasted. Hash browns were old, hard, and crunchy. Only reason I?m giving it two stars is because there was a language barrier between meand the cashier and because the bagel was good despite it not being what I ordered.
