Papa John's Pizza - Lawrenceville

First off im no way afflicted with papa johns. let me tell you my pizza was HOT FRESH. super friendly person greeted me upon arriving! please give them a try!

After ordering a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 chicken and veggie pizza we are diving in! Coach perfectly and all toppings are on the correct sides!Not to mention the DoorDash driver beat the estimated time on and the Papa John's tracking! We love Papa John's and will definitely be ordering again soon!

Clean. Great customer service. Plenty of parking. If you are a delivery service go inside to pickup

The pizza was fine. However, I ordered online, and the system said my pizza would be delivered in 65-70 minutes, which was longer than I was willing to wait. Then I checked my email. My receipt was incorrect. So I called and spoke (presumably) to amanager. They had my order correctly im queue, and assured me that the wait was actually about 30 minutes, so I didn't cancel.78 minutes later, my pizza arrived. I feel I was misled to prevent me from cancelling. This is poor customer service in myestimation.

We ordered a Pizza and asked for delivery. It was delivered in a timely manner but when we bit into it, it had a horrible, bitter aftertaste. We called to complain but the manager was rude, dismissive and arrogant. He hung up on us. We kept theremaining portion of the uneaten Pizza for examination by the health department. If one is feeling lucky, then take your chancesbut don't expect anything good coming your way if it's not.
