There were no customers inside the restaurant and only 3 cars in the drive thru eaning it was notbusy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal with black Iced coffee (no cream, no sugar), 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 hashbrowns.Instead, what I got were the 3 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns and an iced coffee with cream and sugar. The food expediter 's sole jobis to follow what 's on the order screen and put it together. I guess she got tunnel vision when she read my order. So I told herthe iced coffee was supposed to be just black look at the ticket. She goes back to remake it, only to bring out a lukewarmcoffee with no ice in it. While she 's doing that I noticed there were only 2 hashbrowns, so I told her I needed one morehashbrown. She proceeds to tell me we arent doing hashbrowns anymore, we are doing fries now. I can give you a smallfry ....but my breakfast meal that I ordered comes with a hashbrown...I just watched you make my other 2 hashbrowns. What do youmean you aren 't doing hashbrowns anymore? Whatever, at this point I just want to get out of there. So I say OK. She brings methe small fries and drops them in my bag.....upside down so all of the fries fall out. Am I asking for too much? Maybe intoday 's times I am....I guess I have to accept whatever food is given to me. By the way, this is the closest McDonald 's to me soI deal with things like this everytime I place an order. I wish I could give negative stars
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt, but I have no choice but to leave them a one star rating. I ordered dinner tonight through the mobile app and selected curbside pickup. I arrived at the store andchecked in to my spot at 7:45 PM. At 8:05, I went INTO the store (which I did not want to do, hence the curbside pickup) tocheck on my order. It was not even MADE. There were six people behind the counter. One was not even in uniform and another wasjust standing around on his phone. I will drive 10 minutes OUT OF MY WAY to get McDonald's in the future. You should, too.
This has to be my worst experience in 60 years of going to McDonald's. Had to ask twice to get somebody to come take our order at the counter.. Waited 30 minutes for food had to ask they said our order had been made and put out which it hadn't. Then theyremade our order only they messed up And instead of a double cheeseburger and quarter pounder with cheese we got 3 regularcheeseburgers. By this time we were running out of time to get the kids in bed so did not even bother to go up and try and getit corrected.. Also 2 of the male employees were back there arguing with each other and using words that children should not belistening to. In addition the 3 cheeseburgers that gave us were overcooked and dry.
This location always comes with drama and I've decided NEVER to visit this location again. Either you wait 30 minutes, from placing an order to getting your food or they give you the wrong items. On this trip, I ordered a #5 meal, with large fries anda large Coke and a #7 meal with large fries and a large Sweet tea. They charge me the upgrade on the meals but want to arguethat only the fries are large. Then why am I paying over $2 extra for large fries, per meal??? No drama from the other twolocations near me. I'm staying away!!!
This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever visited. This place is filthy on the inside, the floors are always sticky, I?m not sure how they ever pass a health inspection. My order is almost never right and the food is always cold. I?ve given this placemultiple chances. Time time again I?ve been let down. Enough is enough. I won?t be returning to this location.
