I hold both her and the restaurant accountable because customers should be able to expect that everything listed on the receipt is included in the bag. Next time, I’ll make sure to check the bags personally, since teenagers can sometimes miss things. This incident is why I gave a four-star rating. We ended up paying for something we didn’t receive, and sadly, by the time she told me about it, we had no time to go back. It’s a shame that consumers have to remember to check their bags, but it’s essential. Just a side note: my kids are actually grown-ups now, aged 19 and older, yet they still make mistakes!

I picked up donuts and coffee for the hospital staff, and the employees at this Dunkin' were fantastic. The service was excellent and quick!

This is definitely the best Dunkin' I've been to. The staff is friendly and make an effort to get to know me personally, while respecting boundaries. They always remember my order and are consistently kind, even noticing when I'm having a rough day. I encourage all my classmates to visit this location! Every cup of coffee is perfect.

The staff at this location are simply excellent friendly. Though it is a little out of my way, I go there on my way to work each day and they are always staffed well and my order is perfect. Starts my day off well!! Thank you GREAT JOB!!
