Dibella's Subs - LATHAM

The food here is truly delicious. My main issue, though, is the length of time it takes to get your food. I know everything is made to order and requires a little wait, but when I pick up for customers, they always take a ridiculous amount of time. It's like delivery orders get pushed back for orders that have walked in which is annoying and not fair considering my customers ordered before the walk-in customers arrive. I frequently will drop my orders from here because of the wait time. I love their subs, otherwise.

The old-fashioned subs here are excellent! I tried the Dagwood, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. There's plenty of meat, and the bread was fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I returned to this restaurant after a couple of years, and it remains my favorite sub shop in the NY Capital District. I was hopeful I could give them a 5-star rating. I've personally enjoyed their meatball, tuna, and ham subs, all of which have been quite good. During my recent visit, I ordered the meatball sub again, but it didn't quite live up to my memories. However, it was still tasty, and the portions are generous. I ordered a medium size and couldn't finish it; the small is more than enough to satisfy. I also noticed that prices have increased, which isn't surprising, but it does factor into my rating. What used to be a 5-star experience at the old prices might only warrant a 4-star at the new prices. Despite this, I still prefer this shop over Jersey Mike's, Subway, and especially Mr. Subb.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service here today, and the food was outstanding. Despite how busy the place was, they were able to get us seated and served quickly.

We waited about 10 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant where six employees were busy making sandwiches before anyone came to take our order. However, the quality of the subs is outstanding! They are a bit pricey, but you will appreciate the quality and the generous amount of meat they include in each sandwich.
