Bella-napoli Italian Bakery - LATHAM

Heard some really good things about this place. We drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to try it for ourselves. So worth the drive. I wanted to try the Cannoli. They are amazing!!! The Rum Ba Ba were tasty and the Raspberry Cheesecake is out of this world. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be taking the drive again, real soon.

Absolutely amazing! Everything we chose was delicious and there are SO MANY options! I was surprised that they even had a deli. The only thing they need is gelato and the Italian dessert experience would be complete. My favorite part was the variety of cannolis

The biscotti baked goods were delicious, as well as the hot roast beef sandwiches on toast bread. The staff was always friendly. My favorite item was the black and white cookie. It was so delicious!

The restaurant is simply amazing. We visited for the first time and were blown away by the 500+ options available. Despite the crowded atmosphere, the staff were efficient in serving customers. We took photos of the desserts to remember all the options we wanted to try. Within 15 minutes, our order was taken and all the desserts were brought to our table. It was quick and well-organized. I highly recommend trying the almond horns, they were delicious. Additionally, there is a small cafe where you can sit, enjoy a coffee, and order dessert. Make sure to check out the pictures I took, they perfectly capture the essence of Napoli.

The restaurant has great food, but the service is terrible. The staff have been consistently rude during my last five visits, and do not take any complaints seriously. They even make fun of customers while they wait for their orders. There needs to be a change in their attitude. I used to be a loyal customer, dining here twice a week for years, but the poor service has made me reconsider. It is quite a journey for me to come here, and I didn't realize it would be worth it. I will now be looking for other dining options more frequently. The service is simply not worth the hassle.
