White Spot Langley

Love love the place .I love going to WS but white Rock this one are my 2 favorite.But this one bill takes too long to get you when you u done eating ? ?.After that all ? great ?????

There were delays in seating. Very slow service once seated. We waited almost one hour at the table to receive cold food. Additional club soda drink never arrived. I will not go there again.

The best legendary burger substituted with a 6oz patty which was hot with the cheese melted andthey didn't get cheap with the sauces along with great service.

Okay, so we have been going to White Spot for ages and not always had on point services, but that's okay. It happens. We are all human.So this exuberance was interesting but ended really well. We arrived and were told a 25-minute wait but was about 45 minutes. The staff was great they updated us and gave the 4 kids the kids' menus to draw on. We chatted with the front desk as we waited for the larger family to leave. Once seated, we all was good. However, we waited another hour and a half for our food to arrive. The server was so nice they brought fries early, apple slices for the kids as the kitchen was short staff.The manager came out and apologized, and we 100% understand. The food was good, the service was slow but all the staff involved was very kind and aware.

Been this place before, but this time, it was not great. Specially the server was keep making mistakes, forget order and something was double charged. Their washroom was very smelly. (Maybe install better fan?
