Taco Fusion Mexican Eats - Langley

As someone who was born and raised in San Diego, I had high hopes for this food after reading the reviews. I can 't think of a single taco shop in San Diego that has Sweet Thai chili sauce or Korean BBQ or Red Curry or even Sriracha. Don 't expect Mexican food here expect fusion food that is pretty random. The corn tortillas were good. But that was about all that felt Mexican about the flavours and how they came together. It wasn 't bad, per se, but it definitely was not that delicious, fresh and yet filling, umami Mexican food I was hoping when I saw words like taco , torta , and tamale . By the way, the sign on the street does say TAMALE but there are no tamales on the menu, sadly. I won 't be back, but try it for yourself. Again, the taste isn 't bad, but it isn 't anything resembling the Mexican food I grew up on and adore.

The tacos are aweful. Soggy mushy and the carne ASADA smelled like and looked like canned dog food. Ordered 4 tacos, 2 chicken, 2 steak, waited forever to get them made by the owner himself...and they went straight into the garbage after one bite lol.Edit: after response from owner, yes it was your restaurant. Review is from during the week while my wife was getting a haircut. Talked you you about the VR, sorry you made inedible horrible food and try to get out of a well deserved 1 star review. You are the only restaurant in the area that makes bad tacos besides Viva Mexico lol. Sorry bud your tacos were garbage.

Since we found this place, we haven't stopped going! It's the best place in Langley if you like tacos or tortas. Their food is authentic, delicious and the service is excellent! The owner always gives us a service that exceeds our expectations! It's also an excellent place for golf lovers! You can stay and order food while you play! The place is very spacious and safe! We love the whole menu because it's food that you won't find anywhere else! We recommend it 100% if you like golf and Mexican food! The prices are ideal, not expensive at all like in other Mexican restaurants. Food is exceptional! Thank you so much!
